1. Complete the Intake Screener Form
Parents complete a short online form about their child’s grade, reading level, strengths, challenges, and learning goals.
2. Schedule A Phone Consultation
We discuss your child’s needs, review the information provided, explain our tutoring approach, and answer your questions about services, scheduling, and tuition.
3. Schedule a Virtual Assessment
We evaluate your child’s current skills to identify strengths, areas for growth, and appropriate instructional priorities. This gives us a starting point for personalized instruction.
4. Review Your Child's learning plan & Service Agreement
Using the assessment results, we develop an individualized learning plan outlining instructional priorities, goals, and the approach we will use to support your child’s progress.
5. Complete Enrollment- Get Started With Tutoring!
Once enrollment is finalized, you receive a welcome letter with your child’s learning plan, service agreement, session details, virtual meeting information, and everything needed to get started.

What Makes this program different?
Sessions are 100% online for consistent, predictable scheduling and easy access from home. Students receive Individualized plans that are carefully designed to consider the learner's abilities and needs. This program closes literacy gaps and builds confidence within the learners, making them more independent and prepared for the future!

No. I do not provide homework help at this time. Sessions are dedicated to close literacy gaps which enables students to complete independent assignments with ease! ​

​How long are the sessions?
Session length may range from 30–45 minutes depending on the learner’s attention, stamina, and instructional needs. The tutor will determine the right amount of instructional time.
​When are you available for tutoring?
Your tutoring schedule is finalized after enrollment.
​What if my child misses a session?
A 24- hour notice is required. ​

When will I see results?
What Families Can Expect:

Meaningful, lasting progress takes time, consistency, and instruction tailored to each child's needs. We encourage families to commit to at least two months of tutoring to allow time for skill development and progress monitoring.
