Summer Virtual Reading Program For Rising 3rd–5th Grade Students

Tues & Thurs- Starting June 16, 2026

Keep your child engaged, confident, and growing in reading this summer! ​

The RISE Reading Lab is a 4-week virtual program designed for students who can already read independently but need support with comprehension, confidence, and critical thinking. With small group instruction and interactive activities, your child will strengthen their skills while actually enjoying reading.

Weekly Themes 

Each week brings a new focus to keep students excited:

  • Week 1: Comprehension- Mystery & Clues 🔍

  • Week 2: Vocabulary Adventures 🐾

  • Week 3: Inference- Real World Readers 🌍

  • Week 4: Poetry- Creative Thinkers

Program Details

 

  • Format: Live Virtual Sessions (8 total sessions)

  • Group Size: 3–5 students max

  • Duration: 4 Week program- 2x per week

  • Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays

  • Time: 4:00PM- 4:45PM 

  • Start Date: June 16, 2026

  • End Date: July 9, 2026

  • Need help understanding what they read

  • Would benefit from a small, supportive group

  • Need to rebuild confidence in reading​​
